I have a b20b and my timing is set by the single mark on the crank to the line on the cover. You have the word up on the cam gears make sure those both are up and you should see two small lines on the cam gears that are supposed to be straight with each other. Its hard to get the belt on without moving the cams and the crank so it might take a few tries. After you get it set take a rachet and rotate the motor by hand to make sure the valves dont hit the pistons.
