How much can i mill of a stock b20b with p75 head?? ive been looking for answers but no one seems too know? :-?

I guess you're doing this in hopes of raising compression? Ya, don't. New pistons or a thinner headgasket are a much better way of achieving higher compression.

A machine shop will have the answer you're looking for.

Having just gone through this, there is very little info out there. I know I passed this to the OP via PM's, but for anyone else looking, here is what I determined:
-Honda recommends tossing the head out after .045 has been milled off the head, this = service life
-from this I would assume that you will be fine running a head milled .045 with stock cams, and no adj. cam gears with no P2V concerns
-if you plan on running big cams, I'd clay the motor and use adj. cam gears
-this will raise compression on a B20b from 8.8:1 up to 9.7:1, almost a full point!
