okok im going to run p30 pistons, blox intake mani, cams 403, 8.8 flywheel, head work pnp and milld.

whats the most power ill get out of it

I hate these questions they are too hard to answer. There are literally hundreds of variables to take into consideration. As an educated guess though with an optimal tune I'd have to go with around 165-180 depending on the parts involved.

Sounds about right... FYI, don't ask one of these questions ("bench dynoing") on Honda Tech, or they'll flame you and lock your thread....
We're a little more reasonable around this neck of the woods, though....
