ok, I've searched on a bunch of different sites to find the answers I need and found nothing and I can't take it anymore...

Here's my setup, B18b : Aftermarket header and 2 1/2" exhaust, skunk2 intake manifold and throttle body, Unorthodox Cam Gears and Underdrive pulley, Upgraded wires...I think thats it.

Anyway, I would like to drop in a nice set of cams, but I don't want to have to replace the valve springs, retainers, or anything else. I don't want to have to tune it just yet, don't want to upgrade my fuel or anything else at all.

I want to be able to just stick with the setup I have now, drop these cams in, and gain some hp. Is this possible? and what are the best cams for me? any help will be greatly appreciated, thank-you in advance

to get the most out of some cams, you have to have it tuned, plain and simple.

u can do stage 1 cams without springs and all that but u might even lose power without a tune
