Ok my ls swap strats up and runs but idles at 4000 rpms and when it idles it spits out blue smoke. I checked the oil before i started it and then after it cooled down and it does not burn oil. Also i replaced the iac valve and it still didnt help. All the vaccum hoses are hooked up properly and all sensor conections are conected.

Could it be the fuel pressure regulator and is my fuel pump going tits up?

try a different ecu and if that doesn't work try a different dizzy. let me know if that helps

Blue smoke means that gas is going into your cylinders which it is not supposed to. You have to ask yourself how the oil got in there in the first place. Check your seals gaskets and o-rings in your short block. Pay particular attention to the seals around your valve stem.
