It has been a while since i have logged onto this site, since i am planning on leaving the honda scene . However for the being i got my honda and i need some stereo help. I just bought a Western Digital My Book External Hard Drive, solely for holding all my music. My headunit is a Pioneer DEH6900UB. Now this is where things get hairy for me. I sorted out all my music on my computer, then hooked up my hard drive. Copy and pasted the files into the EH and then connected it by USB to my Head unit. It took a little time to read it, but then it would just say NO AUDIO. Any help would be greatly appreciated, cause if i just spent all this money for nothing im gonna be pissed. I know it works im just a little lost. Thnx again

You can't have folders on your hard drive. The unit can only see the files. Just put your music on your Hd with no folders it should work. It's designed more for a flash drive not a hard drive but it will work.
