I just found out that my 2000 civic dx has a 3 wire iac valve and the b20 im getting has a 2 wire. What should i do about this? Is there a iac valve that requires 3 wires that will work on b20. Thanks

im not sure on this, but check the iac on the motor that is currently in your car and see if that iac will bolt to the b20

The iac valve on the car wont work to the b20 because it is built into the throttle body.Rywire said they could convert the distributor and the iac valve to the right plugs and redo the harness for 200.

why dont u just use a obd2b wiiring harness for the b20 and just repin the ecu which would be the b plug move b6 to b23 and remove b15 at least this way u save 200 bucks

The b20 dosent come with a harness it comes with the plugs but they have been cut.

You will have to get a round plug. On your 3 wires plug, cut off the 3 wires plug and rewire the 2 wire plug in place. On the 3 wires, you will not use the orange wire, so leave it and tape it off. On the ecu plug, you will be require to repin.... On the b plug move the b6 wire (black with blue stripe) to b23 slot. On b15 just unpin it ( orange wire that you will not be using).
