you can calibrate your TPS but more than likely your problem is either a vacuum leak or a dirty IACV

i went and looked at the car and i could a sucking noise coming from around the areas of the vacuum lines. therefore i am certain a vacuum leak. get that fixed and it will help out the idle a little bit. he also has a few other little things too that needs to be done to get the car to idle like it should.

theres alot of routine maintenance that goes along with having older hondas, keep in mind even a relatively new honda that has a b/d series is still 10 years + old. people tend to overlook grounds, any of the rubber lines (coolant and vacuum) ignition systems other than plugs wires, you know things like rotors/ignitors in the DIST. its important if you want your car to be realiable to take a look at these things cause they can cause some weird weird problems....
