I recently installed a Skunk2 IM and gude throttle body. swapped over all the sensors and stuff on both...re-adjusted the TPS so its sitting pretty at .5v.. no vacuum leaks. I replaced them all with the swap. The wierd thing is my idle though...when its cold it doesnt jump up to 2kish like it did before..its just down around 1k, and bouncing between 900-1200..even when its warm its about 800-1100 now...with the idle screw all the way in. OH...and it makes this low pitched whistling sound through my intake...its confusing as hell. Anybody got any ideas?

never mind the whistling man. thats the skunk2 mani. Mine did it around half throttle at around 2-4k. as far as the idle all i can say is to check all ur sensors again. After I installed mine the idle was a little rough until i adjusted the screw. after that it was normal even with the cold idle.

swap those two things out and see what happens. I don't know if the IACV is bad. I had a bolt that fell off right after I put the manifold on and it was one of the IACV bolts. The rpm would shoot from 2k to above 4k repeatedly. The stock ecu should def. be able to handle this so I don't think it would have to be tuned.
