My friend has an intake manifold and complete top end b16a is any of this compatible to use on my b18a1 possible vtec conversion?

yes...but you have to get a lot more to complete the setup

ends up all he has is the intake with the injectors and fuel rail is it worth scooping?

B16 intake mani wont fit on a B18 and injectors are the same spec.
