Are you having trouble getting the 19mm bolt off? Or just the harmonic balancer? If its just the harmonic balancer I used 2 pry bars and wd-40, one on each side and wedge it out evenly. It most likely got dirt and rust.

If it's the bolt, impact it off, if fail. Used a chain wrench. If it want to be stubborn then heat the bolt up then impact it off. Replace the bolt after.

I dont recommend using a chain wrench on the crank pulley or pry bars for that matter. both can damage the pulley and well you dont want that.

I have found that with stubborn bolts that resist impact, a bump tighter, followed by another attempt to loosen will sometimes get it loose. Try that....

Then either you impact gun sucks or your compressor sucks. I've never had a problem removing the balancer bolt with my impact gun, the most those bolt should be torqued down is like 190 ft./lbs.

factory service book says 130, unless the bolt is new. then you torque to 140, loosen and re-torque to 130.

True, I have never had a problem taking them off. They are tricky but if you put some weight behind it the impact should take it right out.

have the same problem takes me like 3 hrs to take them out. but when i lived in georgia i never had this problems. take it to a shop then ask them to loosen up the bolts. put it back on but tighten it enough where it won't come off but safe to drive home. then when you get home it should come off easy. the shop has nice compressors and impact guns
