Crower 404
IN/EX Duration @ .050" Gross lift @ 1.75"
276 / 272 226 / 224 445 / 434

Jg 303
Duration @ .015" Gross lift
274/274 417/417

I haven't heard anybody with jg camshaft yet. I know they make it, but I'm more into there cylinder head wise and sleeving. I would choose crower 404.

I took this off there site.
Duration is measured @.015".
All camshaft are reground and parkerized oem cores to insure long life EXCEPT DOHC V-TEC

CROWER:

I have used personally and made 160whp all motor stock bottom end and like it has better mid range and low end than crower 404s but ended up turboing the car and wow theses cams are alive

I had a set with SRP 10.5 to 1 pistons and a JG Pro Series Head. Never put it on a dino but man what a setup. Go for it. Crap load of power over 5000 rpm. It was like hitting the magic button. Make sure the the cams are good shape before you buy!
