go big or go home!!!!!

HAAHAHAHAHAHAAAAA

KIDDING

In Missouri the law used to be that new riders had to start off on a 250cc or smaller... not sure if its the same.

So, thats what I would do. Get used to ridding on something small.

There are people that will tell you to start off on what you plan to ride... for me that'd be a GSXR600... which is not a good choice. Especially if you've never ridden before...

I have mixed opinions ...one hand smaller bike=probable safer to learn on BUT its a rather large investment and you'll probable get bored on it quick..I know plenty of people that succesfully started out on things like Ninja Zx6R's and have been riding harmfree for years *shrug*

i really dont think it matters what you start out on. a smaller bike might be easier to learn but no matter most times its not the people riding them that are really dangerous, it is the careless cars around the bike.
