EMS is a must if you want it to run right.

What do you mean by "switch over" the intake mani, header, and etc!?

All you really need are the injectors and the distributor.

200 whp all motor = way to much money. it wouldn't be very streetable either. If you're wanting 200 then consider turbo. You're losing weight putting it in the hatch so it should be quicker in times pending on your driving.

with a setup like so you should get 150

crower 403's
je pistons
skunk2 or blox intake mani.
bored out throttle body
sri or cai intake/header/exhaust with 2.5 piping
tuned on either hondata, uberdata, chrome, neptune, etc.

tuning is key. with 150 projected goal then you probably won't need the bigger injectors, just make sure the stock ones are working alright. you can tune with many different programs, the first approach is to find a tuner in your area and see what he likes to work with, is best at, thinks is better, etc.

Track times are always hard to predict because there are so many variables in there that determine the times. since it is in the hatch you should be able to run low 14's in the right condition. it also depends on your suspension. traction is a big part of the track and limiting the wheel hop would improve your time greatly. install a short shifter and make sure you can catch traction.
