F22 blocks can take some serious boost without problems. its the pistons/rings you should be worried about.

an f23 would be a very interesting build.

On the tsx pistons, while they may be the bore you want, it doesnt mean they will fit the rods. You gota worry about piston to valve clearances. I'm pretty sure the stroke is going to change becuase they dont have the same piston pin location.

do some more research before you make your plans and start buying parts.

I've already researched the TSX pistons. They have the same compression height and the same wrist pin diameter as the stock f23, and they are dished, so they should stay in the block since the f23 keeps the stock pistons in the block.
Another possibilty was brought to my attention seeing as bisimoto engineering has 12:1 f22 pistons in 86mm. 12:1 is a bit more than what I wanted though. I'm worried that I won't be able to drive it on the street very well, especially with the cams I'll have to use to make power.

if your using non vtec cams (your talking about using a h23 head) youll bleed off alot of compression so you can actually run a bit more compression than you think. you can always have a machine shop take a little off the piston dome too.

*this is with my old F22A1 setup.

I ran a 15.3 with a horrible 2.4 60ft and I do believe 91mph...
I only had one night to run it at the track before i moved here to Edmonton so I'd say with a little more playing around it should be good for a high 14/ 15.0
But the car is being sold next week

Hey all,
Just wanted to update everyone on my car.
The f22 with an h23 trans, intake manifold, and computer will keep up with h22 preludes on a road course :D

My build is as follows:
f23 block and crank
JDM h22 pistons
h23 head
k20a3 rods
arp hardware
ColtCams Tri-Flow cams
KMS springs
bisimoto cam gears
hondata s200

2306cc's of displacment
11.2:1 compression

I'm hoping to pull off 200-215whp and 180-190wtq on pump gas.
