you need to build the bottom end...even with your current setup and slapped some b16 pistons you would jump to 170-180whp....but if your going to do h, do an H2B...by buddy in his hatch, stock H22 w/ GSR tranny in a guttey EG went 13.3 on street tires

agreed on the pistons, ebay is a grate place for it. without the compression bumped up you are wasteing your time with the cams imo. i did the same build with 403 crowers, and jdm b16 pistons. the guy didnt want to get a tune so he is runnin around with a stock ecu but it is still a vtec eater.

as for the h22 swap, man grate swap but there is a small weight prob, nothing to major just a lil under steer in corners, as well as it bein a tork monster and loving to eat tires everywere lol.

I dont think he will make 180whp I seen a guy with exact same stuff he listed. With b16 pistons in a EG coupe that made 151whp with the 403s.I've got 404s and Im hoping to reach at least 160whp

ill admit that the H 22 is a high horsepower motor but im just a b series guy. the LS is a badass motor. i have a 96 LS integra. with a b18 b1. header, intake, full exaust. chipped ecu. fuel pressure regulator, skunk pro series manifold, 68mm throttle body, lightweight crank pulley, it went 14.8 at 94 mph. any ideas for what mod to do next?

honestly...with nitrous the best thing would to get hondata...it does everything for you... a afc is a waste of time IMO...i ran a stock ls with 145K on it for 2 years on a 75-100 NOS wet shot (going through 2 10lb bottles a month) with just 93 octane fuel and retarding the ignition 4 deg.

after 2 years the rings finally went...and it was around 165K when it went

If you have a chipped ecu then why do you want to get the AFC? It will fight against your Chipped tune.

i never ran it at the track...but i did race my buddies evo 9 MR and i was right with him...i wouldnt do a 100 shot...the only reason i did that cuz i wanted to rebuild the motor....55-75 shot would be fine...

ps: i love nitrous...ive had it on all of my motors and never had any problems...only reason my first motor went cuz it was old
