i currently am building my ls with the following:
ferra valves
JG springs, retainers, and TI retainers
Crower 403's
ITR pistons
shot peened rods
arp rod bolts and head studs

was hoping to run 75 to 100 shot of juice. what do you guys think? Safe or wont the parts handle it. it will be tuned probably with megasquirt ems.

Fuck that I say 125 tuned u will feel the power,ma b20 was able to handle it pretty good so since ur sleeves are stronger than mines u should have no problems.

i wouldnt go that big of a shot on cast pistons...get some forged ones and then thats a different story

i agree with integra guy get a set of forged pistons like arias or cp ther more expensive but well worth it id rather pay more for pistons than take the chance of motor blowing up

If your pushing any kind of boost or juice you need forged pistons if you want it to last at all. That's what they are made for.
