I have a b18b1 with a fresh motor some internals and some bolt ons. I bought the car with an apexi safc2 already installed, swapped the beat ls block for a new one and took all the mods off of the old block and onto the new. Swap went well, starts great once timing was nailed down, but it will only idle, which it does smooth. If you open the throttle it will bog and sometimes die unless you let off right away. It gets a little better with the tps diconnected, then it will rev to about 2000 and sound like its hitting a rev limiter. I have an SAFC2 and it is not registering any throttle position. Thinking its either that or the iacv, but the symptoms dont seem to match what i have read or asked other people.

Problem solved bad ground

Took it for a spin, didn't speed, took it easy on the new motor, and somebody still called the cops. That's how u know u got something.
