Hey everybody im back. My integra runs at 1500 rpms now but the only problem is that when it runs for about 20 seconds it surges to 3000 rpms and slowly climbs, have any ideas what could be wrong?

check for vacuum leaks
check idle control valve
check throttle body

Need more info. What year motor, what year car, what harness, what ecu, stock motor, built motor????
