Is doing 1.6 B16a2 head on a B18a1 worth doing? Cuz i bought a b16a2 for $350 off a family member..but i need cams & cam gears and a few other things such as chipped ecu or a p30 ecu..Can any wanna help me out? maybe there someone else out there thats done this type of build..I know this forums about Non Vtec but im sure there ppl that do have vtec on there cars.

There shouldnt really be any information of LSVTEC on this site. Search Honda-Tech or get more specific with your questions.

IMO LSV is not worth doing unless you build the bottom end to rev as high as the B16 or GSR does. So, with that said... if you're keeping the bottom end stock its not worth doing.

I've seen several ls/vtec builds that rev to 8K rpm daily on stock blocks. One has over 30k miles on it.
