I picked up an '87 Integra LS from the 2nd owner - who had owned it from when it had 7k miles in 1988 - for $450. It now has 171k and runs like a motherfuckin' champ except it has a slightly rough idle, but I'll be housesitting next week as the family I babysit for is out of town so can we say t-t-t-tune up? T-t-t-totally dude.

I am beyond thrilled to be back in a 5-speed, although a D16A1, as my previous daily driver was a 175k autotragic Hondamatic GS. Having leather and mesh didn't make up for the lack of clutchness.

$450??? You're kidding me...that's a steal for a car in as nice a shape as that appears. The last car I got that cheap almost broke in half on my way home from buying it. I'm sure there's still some powertrain mods that can be done with the A1, or even swapping too.
