how much you want to pay for a header. you could get DC or Megan Racing header and tons of other brands for anywhere from around $100-250. or you could get a ridiculously priced header I forget what they companies are but they cost around $600-800 if not a little more. I think it was Brian (4sd4dr) who had what appeared to be a real nice header but was around the middle in price range. It looked a lot like one of the more expensive header. for cams do you want to raise the compression or leave it alone? if not go with crower 403's if you do want to raise compression then can get some crower 404's. also you may want to do a mild port job on the head also.

if you ran crower 404's it would just benefit you more to raise the compression by getting a set of high compression pistons. how much compression you want depends a lot upon later plans for the car and how much HP you are really wanting. I just said a mild port job because i was not sure what you wanted to spend. If you want to go with a full port job then go right ahead and spend the money. the cost will differ between who does it and what all they do. 3,5,7 angle valve job, mild or full port and polish all depends upon what you want to spend. which valves to get is all up to. do you want to get some oversized valves or just stay with stock. then which dual valve spring. it all depends upon what you want to do and want to spend.

I would personally recommend you go with the crower 404's and raise the compression to says 10.4, 10.7, 11.0 or something like that with some JE, or Eagle pistons get maybe the Crower valve train. then say maybe something like a Skunk2, Blox, Edlebrock IM. Some sort of a good header. and then TUNE. You MUST TUNE. Tuning is a absolute necessity.
