more than likely its the plug wires had it happen a few times b4 go and get a good set and make sure you are twisting them when you remove them so you dont brake the wire in the plastic boot

hmmm if you have done all of that and it is still doing that it will be tough to say. what does the car do exactly? the only other thing i can think of would be a fuel issue or timing issue but those are worst cases.

You might want to go back and double check all the work, as stupid as it sounds make sure everything is tightened properly and etc. That seems like such a random problem, its tough to say, honestly. Theres no other abnormal problems or anything that you happened to notice along with the hesitation. Odd noises, idle not exactly right, etc...Does it take any longer to rev up?

Also, I have to give you props for switching to/or using Royal Purple. I love that stuff. My fiancees hyundai (lol) and my baby acura both get it regularly...What oil filter do you use?

-I saw you said "I am STILL getting", was this an exsisting problem before you did this maintence work?-
EDIT: Did you properly gap your spark plugs? OEM dizzy cap and rotor?

this was a previous problem before but it started to get worse as time went by. my problem actually has gone away after i chipped my ecu and ran crome on it. its running a more aggressive stock ls map. but then again it could also be the 91 octane i put in instead of dirty 87.
