ok so here's what happened, i was driving down the freeway and i was driving for about 30 min when i go to accelerate and all of a sudden i get instant power loss and my motor's rpms just start to drop. I bring it to honda and they see that there is 6 inches of timing belt teeth missing...i have no idea y this would happen any ideas? not sure if the motor is damaged ill know by tomorrow but any imput lemme kno...

when was the last time u did a timing belt? if it was a while ago the timing belt prolly got loose or worn

naw timing belt has like 3K on it

prolly dropped a valve/retainer let loose. mighta been a keeper not installed right or if you have titanium retianers they can wear out..

it would help knowing were the teeth were missing but honestly its just easier to pull the head and see what actually happened.

yea thats what i figured, i know that honda motors are interference motors so i know there is a pretty good chance that i messed somethin up...
