In the recent outburst of cars that are not fossil fuel dependent many cars have come out that run on fuel cells. I was just curious if there have been any plans to make a fuel cell bike/moped. Just thought it would be interesting if anyone had heard anything or have an opinion on the topic.

hmmm interesting. i dont know if they would do that on motorcycles. i mean bikes already get 40mpg so until fuel becomes an even bigger issue then it will stay the same.

I wish they still built rotary bikes...lol..

They have turbo diesel motorcycles. some in street bikes actually but they are prototypes and if you want one you better own a wal mart because they are more expensive then high end cars.

The harley VRSCER streat rod (Vrod) is apost to have a 5 gal fuel cell
under the seat.

That isnt a "fuel cell." The body of the V-rod is built differently to show the frame so they scrapped a conventional gas tank. It is simply a gas tank under the seat. I meant a alternative fuel bike.
