I just bouth my 90' Integra GS about a month ago. I buy and sell honda's so I don't usally race them for fear that I might eat up the tires or clutch and just loose money in the long run. But I bought this car to keep. The honda I have for sell right now is a 95' Prelude VTEC. Now I drove that car for about 4 months before driving my integra. The prelude has 190 hp and runs 15.5 in the quarter. So going to the integra was kinda hard because it's slow. Well last night I pull up to a light next to a 97' Civic EX. Sounded nice as he reved and so I thought, sure I'll give it a try. Light turns green and I launch at 3k rpm's. After my tires gained traction, I started to pull on him. When we reach just over 100 mph I was five lenghts ahead of him. At the next light I said "that was fun, what happened?" Come to find out, it was all stock with an automatic. I tried not to laugh at this guy, but I knew if I pissed him off, at least he wouldn't catch me!

No joke. I had a 95' Del Sol Si "auto". For some reason friends of mine told me to run with them at the track one night. Yeah I ran a 18.1 as my best time of the night.

haha i think a moped would give that a run. auto's are not good for that kind of car. They will still run but not against a 5 speed.

I knew I was gonna get shit for that. I didn't write that! When I wrote the letters D and C then 2 together, asking him if he owned a 3rd gen teg, it put that out there. But I now know he just got a 350Z.

haha sounds like you had fun :). My first ever 'race' was with a n/a stealth. The guy had a burnt up clutch, and the passenger I had knew him. I raced him the first light, got my ass KICKED,and almost hit him b/c I never expereinced torque steer before,so my dumbass launched at around 3.5k and I was like HOLY SHIT....haha. Next light the guy yells "thats an ls right? You should be able to smoke me..try again"

did she have a sticker that said MILF Racing on the back?

And yes I have a 350z, i did have a 95 ls. my first race in the ls was against an older accord that I crushed. Then my first car raced after my cam setup was against a civic SI which was meaty again.

I promised myself, no matter what, I would never buy an automatic again. Well I bought my wife an auto (01 TL).

FYI Mugen--d-c-2 (without the "-"s ) are ITR and GSR,...d-c-4 (without the "-"s) would be RS/LS/SE/GS

Well thank you Mr. Kracker! I did not know that. I've never seen anyone use D-C-4 before.

This is too funny! I had my first race against a stock late 90's Accord...I had only my super duper AEM CAI on there and I beat him dead (ok by like 2 car lenths LOL). I wanted to be faster..so I got an exhaust. Good place to stop right...WRONG! Then I got the JRSC...the rest is history and my wallet is a lot lighter HAHA!!!
