I was just wondering what kind of numbers to expect with my turbo set up? I'v got a b18a1 fully built: Block- 84mm wisco pistons 8:5:1 compression, eagle rods, darton repair sleeves, crank knifedged, balanced and polished, cnc block guard, racing main caps, type r oil pump, type r water pump, type r oil cooler
Head- fully ported and polished, crower valve springs and retainers, stock valves, colt cams stage 2 tri flow grind, 70mm vic x intake manifold, 70mm omni throttle body, arp head bolts, 5 angle valve job
Fuel/ignition- 660 cc precision injectors, walbro 255l, aem fuel rail, tuned with neptune, msd digital 6
Turbo- T3/T4 Garret 60-1 stage 3 wheel 76mm A/R turbine .48 compressor .70
Piping- 2.5" turbo piping, 3" downpipe and 3" exhaust
This is my daily driver so I need major reliability. I was told by my engine builder not to push the motor past 16psi b/c unless you get a full solid block like a darton block you will have piston float. He races professionally in the nhra so I trust he knows what he's telling me.
What kind of numbers and 1/4 mile times should I expect to yield?? Thanks
