Thanks, it came with original stock struts with unknown coilovers....Bouncy as shit.... Can anyone identify the brand/model? Suspension is definitely the next project... Any suggestions? Not looking for too much cash or a huge drop...

prolly just ebay junk.... if its bouncy then the springs are way to stiff for the shocks.

id put in a set of lowering springs that are softer or at least have progressive rates

getting better shocks would be the ideal thing but if you want to keep it comfy as a daily driver then find a aftermarket spring thats relatively soft. stock rates are around 250f 150rear so look for something like 300f 200r

I would get some inexpensive shocks like KYB's or something along those lines with a set of tien s-techs or something to keep it daily driveable

I've always had a soft spot for KYB shocks and Ground Control coils. Decent ride and decent drop for a good price. :)

I assume you were talking about the Koni Shocks & Ground Control package ... right? If so, that's what I would run. My buddy had that same set-up on his Lancer and I had a few other friends run that set-up on their Civics. Handles very well for what it is.

i have all neuspeeds and i was very impressed with the quality. those cheapo ebay types have flexy mount brackets. the neuspeeds are built really well.

Some upgrades...
Will soon be replacing my current after market headlights with OEM version. Old passenger side was leaking and fogging anyway.... Got a sweet deal on them locally. Houston has a very large and active import tuner community, so parts for Hondas, especially teggies, are not hard to come by....

Well, since the Teg came with an after market front bumper & headlights I got an OEM bumper w/replica Type R lip to complete the restoration.
(The car had been in a minor front end collision before I got it.) A little paint, and she'll be looking pretty factory fresh...
My luck, a friend had just completed his JDM front end conversion.
What do you think....clear or amber signals?
Also picked up a dash mat at the same time...
Put some 94-97 GSR Fat Five's on too (15" vs. 14" snowflake mesh...).
