Just bought a 90 civic 4 door with JDM d15 vtec with an si tranny, stage 3 clutch,headers intake and exhaust. Anything else I can do to make this thing scooot? Can I put anything from another motor to make it faster?

Which D15 flavor do you have. There are a few with vtec, the highest rated was the D15b from the 93 jdm civic.
I would start off by getting a 7lb fidanza flywheel. That should really make it respond better off the line.

yeah spray would do the job. I wouldn't build up a d15 though, its better do a swap, it'll cost the same to build up your engine or get a b18. There's more potential in a b18.

sounds like a good little car u could do a bigger cam better plugs & wires a turbo new shocks to help with the lunch and so so

Just found out that its got a 8.5lb flywheel, so thats good. Im changing out the clutch cause its too harsh for Northern Virginia traffic, getting a Exedy stage 1. Will a light weight pulley help?

You can always trim some weight off the car, like removing the spare tire, also get some light weight rota rims. That along with the flywheel, will make your car launch faster because of the lower centripetal force. A light weight pulley will do nothing to performance, it will actually hurt your engine and ruin your main bearings..
