hey new here but not new to hondas...
my question is has anyone encounter a "System not ready" wen tryin to complete a smog? i have a 97 civic auto w/ 104xxx miles and wen i took it to get smogged the car failed due to this problem. it passed all the test but the system wont set to ready. its bone stok, no CEL, no code. im at a dead end and need to complete my smog so i can reg. it. HELP PLEEZ

I never encounter that problem, the only problem I had was system cannot read. One of my fuse pop on my cig.

Does it say system not ready - drive cycle? Did you recently replace any parts or had work done to the car? If so, put some miles on the car, they usually recommend 500 miles or usually about a week worth of driving.
