Please introduce yourself! We all like to meet new people, and what better place than the lounge to shoot the shit about your cars and anything else that comes to mind. HOWEVER, I am going to pleasantly remind you that there is a thread made specifically for such introductions. PLEASE take advantage of it. NO FLAMING. It's one thing to poke fun at people, like I often go out of my way to do to Nathan, but please do not be rude, condescending, vulgar, or ignorant. It reflects poorly on you, and will ultimately lessen everyone else's experiences.

Adult natured posts are prohibited. Many people read this forum at school or at work, and it would be rude to jeopardized their positions by posting offensive or inappropriate pictures or topics. Before you post, please ask yourself: "Is this work safe?" IF it is not, please label it as such. Be warned though, even threads that are clearly labeled as NSFW will still be deleted if they are lewd or tasteless. And believe me, I know tasteless.

Have a good time - and most of all TELL EVERYONE about us. Link to us, mentions us, rock the merchandise.... whatever you can do to help bring in more and more quality people. The more people that come in, the more that will be able to answer your questions in your time of need later.

Keep your items for sale, in nonVTEC's Classifieds Section. Please do not try to sling your parts in other forum besides the classifieds. IE. IF someone is asking about what kinda of cams are good for their goals and someone happens to mention a set of cams you have for sale or are thinking about selling... do not reply with "wanna buy my cams" It would suffice much easier if you just PM the member or make a post that you have the items for sale. Please keep in mind, if you have less than 25 posts you can not make a classifieds thread.
The last couple weeks have made me decide to really set in stone the guidelines by which all nonVTEC members will need to abide by. Failure to do so will result in;
- 1st offense you will be warned.
- 2nd offense within two weeks of the first. Will result in an immediate 2 week IP/USERNAME suspension. Meaning you will not be able to post or login for two weeks.
- 3rd and final offense if acquired within 7 days of your second offense... you will be banned by IP as well as username/email address indefinatly. If you feel it was done unjustly and would like an admin to look into this, you can email either Nathan or myself.
So to recap nonVTEC's rules are as follows.
1. Introduce yourself in our
Introduce Yourself (again or for the first time) thread.
2. Do not flame other members. If you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything.
3. No nudity, etc. In other words if you're asking yourself... "...is this safe for work?" don't post it.
4. Have a good time and promote us. The best form of advertising are happy members.
5. Keep all buying and selling in the appropriate forum.
nonVTEC.com's Classifieds Forum If you have less than 25 posts you are not welcome to sell items. We apologize for the inconvenience, however its not very cool of someone to join just so they can sell items they no longer have a use for.
Failure to abide by these 5 simple rules will result in possible banning from the website, permanently.
