my name is steve, located in maine. i have a 94 civic hatch with a gsr swap. just got a b18a1 from my buddy. and this motor is brand new never been run before. 0 miles. first off this is a stoker motor. eagle light weight stroker crank with je forged high compression pistons. brand new stock rods. the head is crower everything. valves, retainers, dual springs, keepers, 404 cams, cam gears, rockers. i mean everything. has a 3 angle job and port and polished. he has had it for 3 years and had no desire to use it. so i did alittle trading and now i have it. i ripped it apart and relubing everything. what will i have for power after tuning.

so your telling me you ripped apart a motor that had 0 miles on it and was a very legit setup (as described)??

IT HAS 11:5:1 COMPRESSION. IF IT WAS ME I WOULD OF DONE LOW COMPRESSION WITH A STROKER FOR BOOST BUT I CANT COMPLAIN. DOES ANYONE NO WHAT I WOULD MAKE FOR POWER

with a good tune idont see it being a problem reaching 170 180hp

THATS PRETTY SHITTY.170HP OR 180HP IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO TO REACH THE 250HP. OTHERWISE THE PISTONS ARE GOING IN THE TRASH AND LOW COMPRESSION IS GOING IN.

there is no way you will reach 250 all motor...the best i have seen is 203whp all motor non vtec and that was with 3K worth of port work (done by king motorsports)
