What kind of turbo? How much boost are you wanting to run? Hondata + reputable tuner FTW. :super

If you aren't going to take it to someone who knows their stuff then I guess Neptune and Chrome are good ones, from what I hear.

If you are planning to run 10-12psi of boost do not bore it out. You can run 10-12 on a stock engine which is what I'm assuming you are going with.

you've got all this already or you're planning on building this engine?
.
i see no reason to stay 81, especially if its going to be apart and you're replacing the stock pistons/rods with forged units. IMO, i would go 81.25mm.

as far as tuning. when boosting hondata s300 and neptune RTP are amazing. probably not exactly a newb friendly interface... but tuning a boosted honda is not something you really wanna try if you have no idea what youre doing.

If you need to go to 81.5 then do it. But if you can get away with 81.25, then I'd say go that way.

As far as the phearable thing, just get it chipped/socketed by a local tuner and have them tune it.

I guess if you dont have a reputable tuner to go to, the phearable thing might be your only option.

What do you mean ARP bolts all around? IMO the main studs they offer arent worth the trouble and cost to put them in. Stock mains are just fine. The Eagle rods will come with ARP's and all you're left with is ARP head studs, which are a must when boosting.

IMO, You wont need the fuel rail, unless you plan on making more than 500whp. Fuel rails are just for looks if you make anything less.

Of course it'll work, but... you'll be running at less than max. potential until it's actually tuned by a pro.

Tuning is not a cake walk. Tuning a build like that for your first crack at tuning is really risky. It might be worth driving six hours or so for a good tune as compared to doing it yourself and messing something thing up. There are two hondata dealers in Minneapolis that you could go to. It is worth it to get it tuned correctly.

Go to hondata.com and search dealers. Hondata is special because you have to find a tuner who has the software which is ungodly expensive. But they are usually all really good.
