I just aquired all the parts finally:
ferra valves
JG springs, retainers, and TI retainers
Crower 403's
ITR pistons
arp rod bolts and head studs.

Its a standard build for the site apparently, but nobody messes with LS around my town. A few turbo guys. but mainly vtec. I am hoping for roughly 225hp with the 75 shot of juice i currently run. Local JRSC GSR on 9lbs talking smack. would like to sneak past him this spring. you guys think its possible with this build list. He is making est. 230hp. Image
And Yes STOCK SUX!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is he making 230 HP or 230 WHP? There's a pretty big difference. Also, are you using USDM or JDM P73's? If you want relatively high CR, I would recommend using PR3 pistons instead of the P73's on the LS rods, you won't have to machine any material for them to press right onto the LS rods, unlike if you use the P73's.

Use http://www.zealautowerks.com to estimate you CR. Assuming the head wasn't milled and the block was decked, you are at around 11.1:1
