was up honda ppl, i'm bretchin, and new to this site. i'm getting a 93 accord exr 5 spd soon. and there's a couple things i wanna do to it. so any help will be greatly appreciated.

this is what i wanna do (body work when i can to it):
-performance exhaust header,
-muffler silencer, (i have a dislike of obnoxiously loud cars)
-pulse plugs (only spark plugs you'll ever need, from what i'm reading)
-18" rims
-intake manifold spacer
-throttle body spacer?(prolly not gunna do this, dunno yet)

if i get this car performance-y, will this make the car much louder?
-i don't like the throaty sound.

thanks,

most hondas will have a more raspy sound just b/c they are 4 cylinders...if you do a intake, header, exhaust it will free up power, causing the car to be louder...it also depends on the type of exhaust you get...a chambered muffler will be the quietest

thanks integra guy,
now for a little update on my ride situation:
1)there is no muffler
2)the flex pipe broke off completely (rather than a small hole like i was first informed)
3) calipers are seized
4) tires are sh*t
5) clutch may need to be replaced

my conclusion?
=>don't trust ANY DEALERSHIP, regardless if "you know a guy". i thought i did,
the "guy" was the the son-in-law to the pastor of my church.
you'd figure, "ok, no need to worry here" right??
WRONG

i hope whoever reads this can pass the moral of this situation here.
NEVER TRUST DEALERS!

Honda cars are perfect for any kinds of modifications. So whatever you want to with your I'll expect that it would be awesome. Show us some pics of it.
