My Integra already have some aftermarket products on it.

AEM short ram
Greddy h/e
Crower 403's with dual valve springs and retainers
Skunk 2 intake mani
AEM timing gears
AEM under driven pulleys
Short throw shifter
(has been tuned)

I was wondering what a good next step will be, I’m planning on getting a brand new B18b in about 4 years, after school, so I can transfer any parts I buy over. The possibilities are endless; I just need some guidance on a next step. Oh, p.s.- Turbo will wait till I get the new motor.

i dunno but for me i am one to think that if i make more power i need to get it to the ground, Suspension? that is if you don;t have upgrades already, just going forom that list. If you say you are gonna turbo eventually, could do more head work and then just switch the heads when u get the new motor. You could tons of things.

three options....
1.) head work
2.) higher compression with pistons
3.) suspension

*optional fourth choice. save money and buy motorcycle so i have someone to ride with.

The bike is definetly on the top of my list, but thats another thread. I was thinking about doing suspension and perhaps a brake upgrade, if i did any head work i would wait till i got my new motor. Id rather put a lot of money into a new head, than into a used one. As far as port n' polish, what would that entail, money and performance wise?

Are you running stock engine management, or a chipped ECU?
You can pick some performance up there, cheaper than some other areas...(I'm running NepTune chipped P75..)

suspension... adjustable shocks are a must. i played with my illuminas fo awhile and found i could get alot more traction by setting the rear shocks stiff as they go and the front shocks a tad on the soft side. go all out on your suspension then change the settings and drive for a day or so. then change them again untill you understand all of the settings then go from there with the suspension tuning..

I make about 142 hp and about 125 lbs. ft of torque. Those are both to the wheel. Basically what I made to the block I now make to the wheel. It’s not much, but a good start. I;m not sure how that stacks up with whats done to the car, anyone else have similar results?

I had the car before him and had the graph. there was maybe a small small dip. My tuner smoothed out the curve very well.

if your asking whats next motor wise you either need to start tearing things apart wich you might not want to do if your getting a new motor ot work on transmision/suspension.
