either one would be fine... depends on your budget cuz a b16 is going to be more expensive...and its only a 1.6 = loss of torque

Since you just starting out with Nos, i would say learn when to use the nos first, start off because you can change them latter. Start with a 55 shot and see how this affects your driving skills then move up after a while.Learning how to drive is half the battle. You be surprised how many do not know how to drive, or when to shift.

I think the B16 was the better choice as well. Or a Ls Vtec would have been better. B16s do well on a smaller shot of nos. Being a smaller motor and having a great R/S makes them respond well. But a stock motor has its limits. I would use the 55 shot for street fun and the 75 only at the track, along with a good Hondata tune for the nitrous.

I also did nitrous for fun. But I did 150 shots on a rebuilt b18b motor. Car still running strong. We used NGK's 2 step colder plugs, degree the cam gear ex: -2 and in:-2 . Like integraguy04 said there a downside. Every time you spray it's like putting 10K on your motor. Put it this way, when you race something is gonna break.

Yeah nitrous is fun and easy power. You dont need to tune for the spray but it can really help. Hondata can richen the fuel and retard the timing for when you spray plus control he spray for you. Makes it much safer for the long run. You must do colder plugs and retard timing if not tuning. IHE is recommended. Integraguy you are spray happy :good:

yah laughing juice is fun to have i got a zex kit on my ls/vtec and i love it at first i only had a 50 shot but i uped it to 75 it does stress the motor and would definetly get colder plugs and change the timing i would of put it on the b18b if it was me i mean you already have top end with the b16 so with the b18 low end torque you could hit the juice at the middle of your rpm range and now you have top end to make up for not having vtec
