well as many of you know i replaced my upper ball joints back in november. well those same noises are coming back again since i replaced them. i am not sure what could to be the problem. i have jacked the car up and shock the wheel and there is no movement in the wheel. i notice the noise more when i go over bumps or when i turn right. i am not sure what the deal is with it. could it be my wheel bearing?

is anyone able to tell me something?

what does the noise sound like? squeaking...screeching...rubbing...scraping...

there is like a popping sort of and a scrapping or rubbing type of sound. i know the popping is not my CV joints.

if it was your wheel bearing there would be slop in the wheel when you put your hands on the 12 and 6 oclock spots. normally tierods will cause slop in the 9 and 3 oclock spots. cv's will make clicking noises when the wheel is turned, the more the turn the more the noise.

yes i know all of that. to me its more of a popping sound when a Cv joint is bad. does any body know what could be my problem. i looked and it does not seem like anything is touching places it should not be.
