to convert the car to obd1 you need to get a conversion harness...a good one is from boomslang. You are also going to need a obd1 dizzy, 4 wire o2 sensor.
upgrading to the b18b1 head will really not gain you any performance, and you cannot put a vtec cam in a non vtec motor
you can turn the tranny into posi by getting a LSD for the car or if you want it posi all the time you can just weld the diff.
i dont know what you mean my 17 or 16 pistons? but you can put OEM vtec pistons in it to gain more compression and power
