Okay so as to try and figure out my problem from the other posts I had. I am trying to figure out if anybody has a diagram that I can use to wire an obd2 b18b1 into an ej1 '94 civic ex coupe. The car runs, but doesn't rev to 7k like it is supposed to and not getting the proper mpg, even with a virgin p75 and no check engine lights.

well it was automatic, but now it is manual. It still has the neutral switch wired up to the car. I was told that is only for sending the signal to the starter.
