Mr, Spooner,

thanks for the reply. that is what i thought. the newer odysseys have electronic controlled tranys,so it won't work on the cheap.this makes it more fun plus better milage. have a good one.

tks again,
carl

p.s. my 90 civic w/ls swap is given me some trouble. it was running until it hicuped around 70mph and then woulden't run unless i stayed under 65mph. cel w/4 came one and when i turned the car off it would go away. then at 70mph hicup and again won't run over 65mph. at 65-70 car bucked like a bull. now it won't stay running at all. i replaced p/w/cap and dis. didin't help. my main relay was tested and works. any ideas?

Unfortunately there isn't too much "widespread" information for parts swappability for the Odysessy. Not too many of them running around ,and most guys don't try to mess with them. I have seen pictures of an H swapped one. I imagine it would be about the same as swapping an Accord.

Mr Spooner-H series is the sister engine to the F-series, which is what the original Odysessys had. SOHC, not DOHC. H or F series manual trans should work. Use accord 5sp axles. Never heard of a factory H-Series Odysessy. Although it probable would be alot more fun and sold more lol.

(I have nothing against building or working on an Odysessy. Not my thing, but help yourself lol.)
