replacing the cam seals in my jdm b20b 'cause of a leak, i have purchased aftermarket seals and OEM gaskets with the sealant to hit the four corners on the head around the cams . I have searched through forums and haynes manuals and still cant seem to find a write up with the torque specs on the cam holders? should i replace both while im in there? is the cam seal much harder to replace by the dizzy? the replacement seems to be easy but im new with the honda b20 and have never worked on one internally so if anyone can help by any means would be great. torque specs on everything would be nice and detailed steps.

thanks for the link, tried it out but all i got was a wiring diagram manual for the 97 CRV nothing about the service manual so if anyone knows another link or can help me out in any way that would be greatly appreciated.

i beleve that the torque for the cam holders on a ls in 12 inch pounds not foot pounds. if u try to torque them to 12 foot pounds u will break them
