I need alittle help. In a quest to be "different" my boy is tryiing to stuff a b20a5 from a 1988 prelude into his 95 civic hatch. My questions are... how hard is it to do? What will we need? Is it worth it? If it works he plans to outfit it with turbo and spray. All facts and opinions are welcome... fire away!

do not swap that motor...those b20's are a lot different than the ones outta the crv's...the b20 prelude motors are crap

Yeah the lude b20 and b21 is a crap motor. You will need to done alot of fad work to get that motor to fit and run right. Swap a real B series motor in there B18a/b, B20, B16 or B18c. Or just stick with the D motor. It is a very mod friendly engine and if its not Vtec you can swap a D16z6 head on it. Lots more options with the B and D series.
