well the cheapest i can think of is just to go to a junk yard an part out a turbo eclipse or talon thin just get some cheap piping for the intercooler and you can use the eclipse injectors on your civic if you splise in the injector plugs into you stock civic wiring harnis as far as a turbo manifold gos well you have a few ops. thare (buy one, make one, or mod one) you can get turbo manifold cheap on ebay for under $100 for a d15/d16 you can make one by buying a monting flang and welding it to your stock manifold or down pipe or you can mod a stock 92-95 civic vx/cv manifold to mont a turbo other wise look on ebay or craigslist
for used turbo kits

A good reliable DIY turbo kit will run you around $1500.

also i wouldnt gauge your setup on psi, but more-so on power output...10psi on a gt25 vs. a gt40 is a big difference

^ the stock exst. manifolds that are like that are the 92-95 civic vx d15z1 or the 92-95 civic cx d15b8 both are super low output eco motors with the cat bolted right to the exst. manifolds
