i have a 91 integra my p/s rack is going out and i wanted to know how hard it is to put a civic manual rack and pinion in it and what i'll need to do it?thanks

what type of civic, pretty sure you have to replace it with DA rack

well all the DA racks ive seen are power steering i would like to have manual steering. ive heard of people putting civic manual racks in but i could like to know more about it

the only one that could be even close would be a ED rack prolly....i know that people take EG racks and put them in DC tegs but idk about DA's.

ya ive heard that to.but i think awhile back i heard someone putting a ED rack in a DA.but now that im waiting to put one in i cant find it anywhere!IT SUCKS!!!!!!!! :banghead

i installed a 96 integra power steering into my 95 civic hatch. everything went in. am not to sure with the DA.

H-T=honda tech. also if you need a manual steering from a 95 civic i could sale you mine.
