Hey,

Name's Steve, I live in Melbourne, Australia
Cars called Leelu (as in Leelu Dallas Multi Pass Fifth Element lol)
Own a 1992 Honda Integra DA9 with a B18a1
Running a NA set up atm.

Video of Engine and exhaust

Ok, shall we start off stock, when I first bought the car.

Image

The next thing I did was install a AEM Short Ram intake and the car went on like this for quite some time

Image

Then came November 17 2008, My clutch was completely worn out, called up some places, the prices where kinda shit, then i remembered one of my mates was a Apprentice Mechanic

so called him up, ok so then we noticed that oil was getting into the spark plugs, and it was burning alot of oil.

We concluded the rings were stuffed, later we decided to rebuild the whole engine and hence this whole ordeal began.

First we were delayed by parts not showing up.

So my car remained like this for quite some time

Image

and then after some all nighters and a couple of nightmares which cost me more many, as my driveshaft spiliting, radiotor snapping, and the shitty ordeal of having to customise

one of the engine mounts

the car was complete

so for the running in, we drove to canberra, pretty sweet all the way up

so we got there and finally got to test the car a bit

owned some of the locals in there silly lasers lol

cept for the heavily modifeid s14 lol

the car was awesome!

then one day went through a roundabout full revs on the exit a huge Puff of smoke comes out of the engine.

The horror was back.

We drove home, it seemed it had gone away

We retensioned the head, new oil .

Then we snapped some cam bolts, I went on schoolies the car was left there lol

Came back to bolts stuck in the cams, and the timing was all lost as the cam gears slipped, whoops!

Then finally got my car back officially.

Yet more smoke was coming out

I then got pulled over by the cops, reported to the EPA

So the 2nd rebuild began, mid Jan

We pulled it apart, and decided to measure up the cyclinders

they were ROOTED!

so when i finally managed get it to the engine rebuild place

They bored it out, new pistons, new rings, Lightened flywheel balanced out across the crankshaft, conrods balanced

Beginning of April, Finally got the engine Back

and the reconstruction began again.

The engine was Together at last sry i didnt take any pictures of this happening, most of the ordeal was pretty frustrating, throwing tools

and i threw my fone when someone called me cuz i was frustrated lol

But any how here is the finished product

Some of my favourite pics

just my opinion...i see you have an upgraded sway bar on the back...i would recommend getting a subframe brace from ASR or somewhere b/c that bigger rear sway could bend/tear out the stock subframe
