Does the rev limit change for the B18B's from EG (92-95) to EK(96-00)

b18's were not available in any civic from the factory :?

you mean if you swap it into one of those chassis'?

If so, No. Because, you'll still be using the stock P75 ECU.

Now if you chip the ECU, whoever writes the chip for you can set the rev limiter to whatever. I wouldnt advise going higher than 7000 or 7200, stock is like 6800.

Sorry for the late response.

In South Africa. We have the 4 door Civic (92 - 95) in 1500 SOHC / 1600 SOHC / 1600 DOHC / 1800 DOHC straight from the factory.
