WELD IT UP... MAKE A NEW MOUNTING BRACKET. ON A PIECE PAPER TRACE THE BASE OF YOUR WIPER ASSEMBLY TO MAKE A TEMPLATE (TRACE BASE AND MARK HOLES). I'D USE 1/8" TO 3/16" STEEL PLATE FOR THE MATERIAL, WIRE WHEEL TO CLEAN ALL PAINT AND RUST OFF OF OLD MOUNTING BRACKET DONT GRIND IT AND REMOVE MORE METAL THAT'S NEEDED, YOU WILL USE EXISTING METAL LEFT TO WELD THE NEW MOUNTING TAB TO THE EXISTING PIECE THATS LEFT..WELD A BOLT TO THE UNDERSIDE OF THE NEW PLATE TO REPLACE THE RUSTED OUT ONE. DRILL A COUPLE OF HOLES IN THE PLATE FOR PLUG WELDS
