I got the Skunk 2 Pro C (competition) ones about 5 months ago and had them installed in my 95 Integra 4 dr LS. They are great. They are height and dampner adjustable. Seems to be very well built.

They are a little hard on rough roads and you have to be very careful on speedbumps. But ... they are the best suspension I've ever had. I use my car for daily driving, auto X, as well as 5-6 track days a year. Its a little hard on daily driver ... but I have a short commute to work and I don't drive everyday. It works great for Auto X & Track Days. BTW ... I also have a 24mm sway bar at the back.

I've used to road race a lot and had the opportunity to use different suspensions on 3 different Integras. I've used: Tokico Illuminas with Eibech springs (really liked them, but the tokicos don't last very long); Tein SS (little too stiff, didn't like the rebound, and don't like the non clicking adjustments), koni yellows with ground control spings (like the set up very much, but no height adjustment) as well as Zeal coilovers (threads rust and seize up).

The really good thing about the Skunk 2 Pro C is that you can swap out different spring rates.

For the money ... they are a great purchase. Don't know how long they'll last, but its holding out great after 5 months.
