Im sleeving my b18b to 84mm. Im staying non vtec, and non turbo. Just trying to get the most out of the motor that came in my car. What pistons do you guys recommend for what im doing. I am already running crower 404 cams with all the bolt-ons I can find. I dont believe I have to get forged pistons or rods if im going to barely hit 200whp. Most the pistons I am finding only tell me the compression ratio when used with a vtec head and Im not really sure if 84mm pistons for a vtec motor will even work with stock ls rods for that matter.

In this instance sleeving is overkill, just start with a b20b or b20z block.

u can do a stock B20Z block with the crower 404 cams, valve springs, retainers and valves... with a port and polished head and u can make some good power and beat up on some cars that wouldnt expect it... my friends old set up like that was doing 8.80's in the 1/8th mile, and i DID see the time slip

if you already have it sleeved...just get come CP pistons around 12.5:1 or so... CP has come out with their new "x-forge" pistons that are stronger and lighter...check into those
